I just placed an order! When will my bottle arrive?
Quick and agile, we endeavour to process orders within 1 to 2 working days. You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 working days, subject to courier workload and timings of course.

Is it possible to send a gift overseas?
While a taste of Moksha would make the perfect present, we currently ship only within New Zealand (excluding the Chatham Islands).

How much does shipping cost?
For each bottle ordered (with or without a gift box), shipping is $7.00 for urban delivery and $10.00 for rural delivery.
However, if you’d like 6 bottles (without gift boxes only) sent to the same address, we’ll make it worth your while – we’ll deliver a carton of 6 for the same shipping rate as one bottle. -
I made a mistake while ordering. How can I fix it?
Let us know, and we’ll pounce right on it. Time is of the essence, so email us as soon as you receive your confirmation. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way to you as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed for the courier, we’re unable to make any changes.

My order arrived, but something’s not quite right…
Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure the goods arrive safe, sound and undamaged. In the unlikely event something has gone wrong, email us so we can make good.
Had a sip, but it’s not your cup of tea? As the taste of spirits is subjective, we can’t offer returns for any products that don’t meet your taste or aroma expectations. If you have any feedback or questions, we’re all ears. Send us an email and we’d be happy to work things through. -
Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?
Yes. Alcohol can’t be left unattended or with a person under the legal drinking age.
