You must be of legal age in your country of purchase (18 years or older in New Zealand) to buy alcoholic goods, and so you must be over 18 to place an order with us.

All orders are subject to product availability. If for any reason a product is not available, we will do our best to flag this on our online shop. If, for whatever reason, you have ordered a product which is not currently available, we are happy to refund you the purchase price.

If for any reason you would like to change your order or make any corrections, please email us as soon as you receive your confirmation email. Our system is designed to get orders on their way to you as quickly as possible, so it is essential that if you would like to make any changes you notify us as soon as possible. 

Once an order has been processed for the courier we are unable to make any changes. Any questions on order changes please contact sales@mokshadrinks.com.

We currently only deliver to New Zealand street addresses (excluding the Chatham Islands). Prices on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges. Shipping is $7 for urban delivery, and $8.50 for rural delivery. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

All orders are couriered and should be received within 3-5 business days. Orders received over the course of a weekend (or public holiday) will be attended to as soon as possible on the next working day. 

We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible. However, from time to time there may be delays. We will contact you as soon as is reasonably possible if we become aware of any issue affecting your order, and will do our very best to work through the issue with you.

Our goal is for all our customers to be completely satisfied with their orders. 

If your order arrives in poor condition or damaged in any way please contact us on sales@mokshadrinks.com immediately and we will put it right.

Given the nature of the products we are unable to offer returns, so please make sure you choose carefully.

We love our products, but note that the taste of spirits and liqueurs is subjective and as such we can not offer returns for any products that do not meet your expectations in terms of taste or aroma.

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$), and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax ("GST").

Your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

The Shopify payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

We respect your privacy, your personal information will not be disclosed or sold to any other party.

Every effort has been made in ensuring all information and content including web pages meet our high standard of quality and are error free and accurate, however, it does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. This site is provided by us on an “as is” and “as available as” basis.
