Giving Back

After moving to India in 2009, Moksha Co-Founder Nicola spent her first full day coming nose-to-snout with Sloth bears. Within hours of touching down in Bangalore, she ventured to now-Bannerghatta Biological Park, where Wildlife SOS’s Bear Rescue Centre provides retirement dens for those saved from the brutality of street dancing. 

A pivotal moment for this animal lover, her momentous meet-cute inspired Moksha’s charitable endeavours — with a portion of the proceeds from every bottle sold supporting Wildlife SOS’s mission.

Wildlife SOS was established to make lasting changes to protect and conserve India’s natural heritage, forests and biodiversity. They actively work towards protecting wildlife, conserving habitat, studying biodiversity, conducting research, and creating alternative and sustainable livelihoods for erstwhile communities that depend on wildlife for sustenance.
